Teresian House Nursing Home, Inc.

Mercer Development provided construction management services for a $24 million building expansion and renovation at the Teresian House Nursing Home in Albany, New York The expansion and renovations included:

• a specialized area for persons with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia;
• elimination of double occupancy rooms, to create "clusters" on all resident floors;
• additional program activities and same-floor dining rooms; and
• added space for an inter-generational daycare center where elderly residents can interact with children
