E-Comm Square - New Construction
E-Comm Square is scheduled to be the premier urban office campus slated for development in Albany. Situated on six acres near the riverfront in downtown, this campus
will offer five building sites and on-site parking structures for over 1,300 cars.
E-Comm Square has its SEQR approval in place, and offers multiple sites ready for development.
E-Comm Square is being developed in phases, parcel by parcel, to meet the specific needs of tenants and owners anchoring each phase. Sites can accommodate a full range of space requirements from 60,000 square feet to 400,000 square feet, and are ideal for the 200,000 to 250,000 square foot range. Floor plates range from executive floors at 10,000 square feet, to operations floors at 35,000 square feet.
