Since 1983, Mercer has completed the adaptive renovation of three historic buildings in downtown Albany, New York: 330 Broadway, 324 Broadway and 11 Pruyn Street. These three buildings formed
Phase 1 of E-Comm Square, an urban commercial office park with connecting atrium and outdoor plaza.
Mercer is continuing development of E-Comm Square, a project that has SEQR approval from the City of Albany for four office towers, an in-fill office building, parking structures for 1,300 cars, a hotel expansion and a two-block park. This project will provide premium Class A space to attract and retain companies in downtown Albany, a corporate environment with excellent access, views of the Hudson River, and parking.
